If you like playing with numbers, patterns, and other math puzzles, this club is for you!
WHO: 4th and 5th graders.
WHEN: Tuesdays 2:10-3PM, January 21, 28, February 4, 11, 25, and March 3, 2020.
This year’s mentors: Tom Fisher-York is a bio-informatics specialist in the Boyce Thompson Institute at Cornell University and has 8 years of experience running math clubs in schools in the Ithaca School District. Prof. Emilie Wiesner teaches math at Ithaca College, and is interested in how students learn mathematics.
Sign-up at SouthHillPTA.com starting Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 9am.
Registration is capped at 12 students. Math club membership is free of charge.
